For the safety of our customers and employees, we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to COVID-19*. All purchases are final sale. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping Policy



All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days [Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays] unless otherwise specified. We offer a flat shipping rate. This includes shipping materials for your order and the actual shipping cost. Once your order has been confirmed as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Promo Codes



Unfortunately, once your order is placed, a promo code can not be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Claims for Product Loss or Damages



Please note, orders are typically packaged and shipped to our customers via USPS or UPS. Our quality assurance guarantee is that our products are carefully and attentively packaged prior to the delivery process. Proof of damage and loss of content forms can be submitted via www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for USPS deliveries or https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page for UPS deliveries. Once our products leave our possession, en route to our customers — it is the customers responsibility to submit/file loss or damage claims with either USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier is used for your delivery.
